Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in large commercial construction.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills in field operations.
• Experience with pull planning and Last Planner System.
• Proficient in Procore, Primavera, and MS Office.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Champion of project safety and site safety planning.
• Create, maintain, and report the Project Schedule.
• Coordinate site construction activities and manage trades.
• Attend inspections with AHJ, clients, and inspectors.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contract docs.
• Support start-up and commissioning activities.
