Job summary

The role requires 5+ years in large commercial construction, strong leadership, and experience with pull planning, Last Planner, Procore, and Primavera. On-site position emphasizing collaboration with project teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in large commercial construction.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills; able to lead crews and coordinate trades.
• Experience with pull planning, Last Planner System, and schedule management.

Responsibilities

• Champion project safety and maintain a safe work environment through Site-Specific Safety Plan and safety meetings.
• Create and maintain the Project Schedule; monitor logic relationships and lead recovery plans.
• Coordinate site construction activities; supervise trades and ensure Contract Documents and Safety Plan compliance.
• Schedule and attend site inspections with AHJ, inspectors, and clients as needed.
• Drive trade partner progress and ensure timely procurement of materials; manage submittals and documentation.
