Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Construction Manager to provide complete field leadership for one or more projects, coordinating vendors and subcontractors to install work per Contract Documents and Schedule. Emphasis on safety, schedule, quality, and client expectations.

This role requires close collaboration with Project Management and leadership to ensure successful project delivery. The position requires 100% travel to job sites/office locations, extensive field oversight, and the ability to manage

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in LARGE ($10M+) commercial construction (higher education, healthcare).
Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
Experience with pull planning and Last Planner System.
Proficient with MS Office, Procore, Primavera and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

Champion project safety and lead site safety plans and investigations.
Manage creation, maintenance, and reporting of the Project Schedule and recovery plans.
Coordinate site construction activities to meet schedule and Contract Documents.
Attend site inspections with AHJ, clients and third parties as needed.
Coordinate trades and drive progress per Project Schedule.
Lead and support construction scheduling and daily site documentation.
