Job summary

ENFRA, a leader in energy infrastructure, seeks a Construction Manager to provide field leadership for day-to-day operations on assigned projects. You will coordinate vendors and subcontractors to install scopes of work in line with Contract Documents and the Project Schedule.

The role emphasizes site safety, schedule management, and tight collaboration with project teams to ensure quality, regulatory compliance, and successful project delivery across the energy sector.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in large ($10M+) commercial construction.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
• Experience with pull planning and Last Planner System.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, project management software (Procore), and scheduling software (Primavera).
• Team player with strong organizational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Champion of project safety and maintain a safe, secure work environment.
• Create, maintain, and report the Project Schedule with updates and recovery plans.
• Coordinate all site construction activities to meet the project schedule and contracts.
• Attend site inspections with AHJ, third-party inspectors, and clients as needed.
• Coordinate installation between trades and drive progress per the project schedule.
• Provide field leadership for planning and support construction scheduling.
