Job summary

ENFRA in the United States is seeking a Construction Manager to lead field operations on our energy infrastructure projects. You will coordinate vendors and subcontractors, uphold the Site-Specific Safety Plan, and ensure every activity aligns with the contract documents and project schedule.

The role demands deep planning expertise, strong communication, and hands-on supervision. Travel is 100% to job sites; familiarity with Procore and Primavera is a plus, as is a proven track record

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in large‑scale commercial construction.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
• Experience with pull planning and Last Planner System.
• Proficient with Procore, Primavera, and MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, safety‑driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide complete project field leadership to ensure safety and project success.
• Create and maintain the Project Schedule and lead recovery plans.
• Coordinate all site construction activities and manage trade partner compliance.
• Schedule and attend site inspections with AHJ, inspectors, and clients.
• Drive trade partner progress and ensure alignment with the project schedule.
• Document site progress, manage vendor/sub invoices, and support management reviews.
