Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Construction Manager in Kentucky to lead field operations for large commercial projects.

You will coordinate vendors and subcontractors, manage safety and site logistics, and drive the project schedule to ensure successful completion in line with contract documents.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in large-scale construction, strong leadership, and experience with pull planning and Last Planner System, using Procore and Primavera for scheduling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in LARGE ($10M+) commercial construction (higher education, healthcare).
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
• Experience with pull planning and Last Planner System.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, and Primavera scheduling.
• Team player with strong organizational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Champion of project safety and maintain safe work environment through Site-Specific Safety Plan and safety meetings.
• Create and maintain Project Schedule, update logic relationships, and develop recovery plans as needed.
• Coordinate site construction activities to meet schedule and contract requirements.
• Schedule and attend site inspections with AHJ, inspectors, and clients.
• Coordinate installation between trades and drive progress per the Project Schedule.
• Lead and support development of the construction schedule with the team.
• Attend jobsite meetings, coordinate deliveries, and document site progress and invoices.
• Monitor project health and energy targets with M&V and Engineering teams.
