Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in large commercial construction (>$10M), including higher education or healthcare projects.
• Proven leadership and supervisory capabilities over multi-trade teams.
• Experience with pull planning and Last Planner System.
• Proficient with MS Office, Procore, and Primavera scheduling software.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Safety-focused mindset and commitment to project quality.

Responsibilities

• Provide complete field leadership and direction for daily project operations.
• Coordinate all vendors and subcontractors to install scopes per contracts and schedule.
• Maintain site safety, logistics, cleanliness, and professionalism.
• Create and manage the Project Schedule; monitor and recover as needed.
• Coordinate inspections with AHJ, third parties, and clients.
• Drive trades alignment with the Project Schedule and QA plans.
• Attend project update meetings and report overall project health.
• Support energy savings targets with M&V and engineering teams.
