Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Construction Manager in California to provide full field leadership and direction for day-to-day operations on large commercial projects. You will coordinate vendors and subcontractors, oversee safety and site logistics, and ensure compliance with contract documents and the project schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in large ($10M+) commercial construction projects.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
• Experience with pull planning and Last Planner System.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (Procore) and scheduling tools (Primavera).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Detail oriented and able to manage multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide field leadership for day-to-day operations in assigned project(s) and coordinate vendors/subcontractors to meet the project schedule.
• Maintain site safety, logistics, cleanliness, and professionalism in accordance with the Safety Plan.
• Create, maintain, and report the Project Schedule with updates and recovery plans as needed.
• Coordinate site construction activities to ensure contract documents and schedule alignment.
• Attend site inspections and drive progress with trade partners and AHJ/clients.
