Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in LARGE ($10M+) commercial construction
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills
• Experience with pull planning and Last Planner System
• Proficient in Procore, Primavera and MS Office
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Champion of project safety and Site-Specific Safety Plan adherence.
• Manage and update the Project Schedule; monitor logic relationships and recovery plans.
• Coordinate site construction activities; oversee trade partners and contract compliance.
• Attend site inspections with AHJ, inspectors, and clients as needed.
• Drive trade partner progress to align with the Project Schedule.
• Support development of construction schedule and daily reports.
• Collaborate with inter-company field leadership to improve efficiencies.
• Lead and document project updates; ensure timely procurement of materials.
