Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Construction Manager to provide complete field leadership for multi-site projects, coordinating with vendors and subcontractors to install scopes per contract documents and schedule. The role emphasizes safety, scheduling, and on-site leadership across large commercial builds.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of LARGE commercial construction experience, strong leadership, and proficient use of Procore, Primavera, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in LARGE commercial construction (>$10M).
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
• Experience with pull planning and Last Planner System.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Procore, and Primavera.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Champion project safety; lead site safety plans and meetings.
• Develop, update, and recover project schedules; manage pull planning.
• Coordinate site construction activities; enforce contract docs and schedule.
• Schedule and attend site inspections with AHJ, inspectors, and clients.
• Ensure trade coordination and due progress per project schedule.
• Lead development and support of construction schedules with teams.
• Prepare daily reports; review vendor/sub invoices and status reports.
• Drive efficiency with Inter-Company field leadership.
