Job summary

ENFRA LLC in Glendale, CA, is seeking a Construction Manager to provide complete field leadership for assigned project(s). You will coordinate with the Project Manager, vendors, and subcontractors to install scopes of work in full accordance with contracts and the project schedule.

You will own site safety, logistics, daily reports, and quality assurance, guiding trade partners to progress, reviewing submittals, and ensuring performance meets safety, schedule, and client expectations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of large commercial construction experience.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Experience with pull planning and Last Planner System.
• Proficient with Procore, Primavera, and Microsoft Office.
• Detail oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead project safety and maintain a safe work environment.
• Create, maintain, and report the Project Schedule with updates.
• Coordinate site construction activities and manage subcontractors.
• Attend site inspections with AHJ, inspectors, and clients.
• Drive trade partner progress to align with the Project Schedule.
• Prepare Daily Reports and track project health.
