Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Construction Manager to provide field leadership for multi-site projects, ensuring safety, schedule integrity, and contractor coordination.

You will manage site teams, coordinate with vendors and inspectors, and drive progress against the project plan while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This role requires travel to job sites and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in LARGE ($10M+) commercial construction (higher education, healthcare).
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
• Experience with pull planning and Last Planner System.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software (Procore), and scheduling software (Primavera).
• Team player with strong organizational and planning skills.
• Detail oriented and capable of handling multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent multitasking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Champion of project safety and lead site safety meetings and incident investigations.
• Create, maintain, and report the Project Schedule with recovery plans when needed.
• Coordinate all site construction activities to meet the project schedule and contracts.
• Attend and coordinate site inspections with AHJ, inspectors, and clients.
• Ensure coordination of installation between trades and drive trade partner progress.
• Provide field leadership to plan and support construction schedules.
