Job summary

ENFRA is hiring a Project Manager to lead full lifecycle projects in energy infrastructure. You will ensure safety, schedule, budget and quality meet client expectations, while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.

The role demands strong leadership, 5+ years in mechanical engineering design or PM, and proficiency in Word and Excel. The position requires up to 80% travel to job sites/offices and a collaborative, results-driven mindset within a legacy-focused, innovative company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering design and/or project management, mechanical construction, or facilities management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of construction technologies, scheduling, equipment, materials and methods, and financial management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates leadership and can motivate others while maintaining safety and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure work environment through site planning, hazard analyses, toolbox talks, and site walks.
• Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal requirements.
• Conduct and document project meetings (Kick-Off, Hand-Off, etc.).
• Negotiate and prepare vendor/subcontractor agreements.
• Evaluate submittals to reflect contract drawings and specs.
• Coordinate quality assurance and quality control activities.
• Manage project scope alignment via change management processes.
• Perform financial setup for equipment, labor, materials, and subcontracts.
• Review monthly cost reports and keep leadership informed to meet budget and schedule goals.
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Coordinate lien waivers, notices, tax docs, and permits as needed.
• Close-out documents and warranty items; ensure owner training is completed.
• Coordinate project startup and commissioning with all parties.
