ENFRA is seeking a seasoned Construction Manager to lead complex energy infrastructure projects in the United States. You will oversee budgets, contracts, safety, and compliance, coordinating with executives and partners to meet milestones.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in construction/project management, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills. The role requires travel up to 60% and a proactive focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Qualificações

• 4-year degree in Construction Management or engineering or equivalent field.
• 8+ years of construction or project management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage safety, budget, and client expectations.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a safe work environment through site planning and toolbox talks.
• Serve as the key resource for project leadership to ensure code and project requirements.
• Manage project budget and contract types (GMP, Lump Sum, Concession).
• Oversee contract requirements including bonds, insurance, schedules, and costs.
• Set up Procore for change management and document control procedures.
• Negotiate vendor POs and subcontracts to support milestones.
• Lead hand-off meetings and establish project goals with clients.
• Oversee site utilization plans emphasizing safety and cleanliness.
• Establish Baseline Schedule focusing on energy savings milestones.
• Ensure monthly reports and cost reviews with leadership.
• Implement QA plans and change management end-to-end.
• Prepare agendas/minutes for meetings with team and client.
• Develop risk mitigations and communicate with leadership.
• Collaborate with divisions and build client relations.
• Participate in industry organizations and community engagement.
• Manage and develop all Project Managers.
