Qualifikationen

• Five+ years of experience leading large ($10M+) commercial construction projects.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
• Experience with pull planning and Last Planner System.
• Proficient in scheduling and project management software.
• Excellent multitasking and communication abilities.

Aufgaben

• Champion of project safety; maintain a safe work environment and lead safety meetings.
• Create, maintain, and report the Project Schedule; update plans and lead pull planning.
• Coordinate site construction activities to meet the project schedule and contract documents.
• Schedule and accompany site inspections with AHJ, inspectors, and clients.
• Ensure coordination between trades and drive progress per the Project Schedule.
• Prepare daily reports, status updates, and vendor/subcontractor invoice reviews.
