Job summary

HDR is seeking a senior leader for the Building Engineering Services (BES) Construction Field Services (CFS) in North America. You will define growth strategy, standardize delivery, and drive profitability across the CFS program, focusing on data centers and large-scale facilities.

You will align regional leaders, manage staffing, mentor the BES leadership team, and champion HDR’s employee-owned culture while delivering construction administration and management excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or closely related field.
• Professional registration (PE/Architect) or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of experience in construction planning/management including contracts, scheduling, cost control.
• Experience with construction management software such as Procore, Prolog, Primavera, Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the long-term vision and growth strategy for BES CFS, aligned with BES and corporate objectives.
• Operationalize the BES CFS Strategic Plan with KPIs and performance metrics.
• Drive standardized processes and delivery frameworks across CFS to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
• Lead enterprise-level coordination to maximize HDR’s competitive advantage.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies and staffing models to optimize profitability and utilization.
