Job summary

HDR is seeking a senior leader for Building Engineering Services’ Construction Field Services, focusing on North American growth and operational excellence. You will drive strategy, standardization, and profitable delivery across CA and CM services, aligning with HDR’s matrix organization.

You will lead the BES CFS team, coordinate with market sectors, and optimize staffing, pricing, and project delivery while maintaining a strong safety culture and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Construction Science or closely related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction planning and management, including contracts, time, cost, quality management, and safety.
• Experience with Procore, Prolog, Primavera, Bluebeam, and related construction software.
• Must have strong people skills and the ability to interact with Owners, Engineers, Contractors and other stakeholders.
• Sponsorship (visa) for US employment is not available now or in the future for this position.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the long-term vision and growth strategy for BES CFS, aligned with BES objectives.
• Operationalize initiatives into executable programs, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Lead standardization of processes and delivery frameworks across CFS and ensure safety is prioritized.
• Partner with leadership to optimize staffing models and drive financial performance.
