HDR is seeking a Building Engineering Services (BES) Lead for its North American Construction Field Services (CFS) program. The role focuses on strategy, growth, and delivery excellence across data center and tech market sectors.

You will align operations, professional services, and market sectors to scale the CFS offering, drive profitability, and ensure safe, high-quality delivery across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Construction Science or closely related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction planning and management, including contracts, scheduling, cost control, and QA/QC.
• Experience with construction management software such as Procore, Prolog, Primavera, Bluebeam, etc.

Responsabilités

• Define and lead long-term vision and growth strategy for BES CFS.
• Operationalize the BES CFS Strategic Plan into executable programs and KPIs.
• Drive staffing models and resource planning across the matrix organization.
• Oversee risk management practices and deliverables across regions.
