Job summary

HDR is seeking a Building Engineering Services (BES) CFS Lead to provide leadership, strategy, and operational direction for HDR’s North American CFS program, focused on the Tech, Media, Telecom market sector. This role aligns operations, professional services, and market sectors to deliver a world-class CFS offering.

You will drive growth, standardize delivery, and optimize staffing and pricing across HDR’s matrixed organization while maintaining a commitment to safety and technical excellence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction planning and management.
• Experience with Procore, Prolog, Primavera or Bluebeam is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead BES CFS long-term vision and growth strategy.
• Operationalize and refine the Strategic Plan with KPIs and metrics.
• Drive standardized delivery frameworks and continuous improvement.
• Lead staffing, capacity planning, and project delivery across regions.
• Manage financial performance, pricing strategies, and profitability.
