Job summary

HDR is seeking a seasoned leader for the Building Engineering Services Construction Field Services program in North America. The role focuses on scaling delivery, profitability, and technical excellence in construction administration and management for data centers and large facilities.

The position emphasizes strategic growth, cross-functional leadership, and consistent, safe, high-quality project delivery across regions, reporting to BES leadership and collaborating with operations and market

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Construction Science or closely related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction planning and management including contracts, scheduling, cost control, and safety.

Responsibilities

Define long-term vision and growth strategy for BES CFS aligned with corporate objectives.
Lead program growth toward data center focused CFS opportunities and scalable delivery across regions.
Drive standardized processes, delivery excellence, and risk management across the CFS program.
