Zusammenfassung

HDR, Inc. is seeking a Building Engineering Services (BES) Construction Field Services Lead to drive strategic growth and operational excellence across North America.

The role focuses on scaling a data-center focused CFS program, delivering consistent performance, and ensuring technical and commercial success. You will lead the BES CFS leadership team, align with regional directors, and promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement while coordinating with HDR’s matrix structure to maximize

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Construction Science or closely related field is required.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction planning and management.
Experience with construction management software (Procore, Prolog, Primavera, Bluebeam).
Strong people skills and ability to interact with Owner, Engineer, Contractor and stakeholders.
Active participation in HDR’s employee-owned culture is a must.
