HDR is seeking a senior leader to direct the Building Engineering Services (BES) Construction Field Services program in North America. The role focuses on scaling the CFS program for Data Center market sectors, delivering consistent, high-quality construction administration and management services, and driving profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction planning/management and related areas.
• Experience with Procore, Prolog, Primavera and Bluebeam for project delivery.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Define and lead the long-term vision and growth strategy for BES CFS, aligned with BES and corporate objectives.
• Drive expansion toward a scaled, Data Center focused CFS business through targeted market positioning.
• Partner with market sector, regional, area and technical leadership to capture large programmatic opportunities.
• Operationalize the BES CFS Strategic Plan into executable programs and KPIs.
• Align market sector, professional services, and operations leadership for consistent regional execution.
• Drive implementation of enterprise initiatives in line with BES priorities.
• Establish standardized processes, delivery frameworks, and best practices across CFS.
• Promote continuous improvement and digital delivery across the CFS program.
• Lead development of CFS pricing strategies and staffing models.
• Collaborate with regional directors on staffing, workload and delivery capacity.
• Lead the BES CFS leadership team and mentor PMs, CMs and field staff.
