Job summary

HDR is seeking a Building Engineering Services (BES) Construction Field Services Lead in the United States. You will shape the strategy and scale a North American CFS program, delivering CA/CM services across regions and ensuring profitable growth through standardized processes and strong leadership.

You will partner with regional leadership, own pricing strategies, and drive operational excellence while upholding HDR's safety culture and employee-owned values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction planning and management.
• Experience with Procore, Prolog, Primavera and Bluebeam.
• Strong people skills and ability to interact with Owner, Engineer, Contractor and other stakeholders.
• Sponsorship (visa) for US employment is not available now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead long-term vision and growth strategy for BES CFS.
• Drive expansion toward data center focused market sector CFS business.
• Partner with leadership to identify and capture large programmatic opportunities.
• Operationalize the BES CFS Strategic Plan with KPIs and metrics.
• Align market sector, professional services, and operations for multi-region delivery.
• Drive standardized processes, delivery frameworks, and best practices across CFS.
• Lead enterprise initiatives aligned with BES priorities.
• Oversee staffing models and resource planning.
• Promote safety culture and risk management in delivery.
