Job summary

HDR is seeking a leader for BES CFS in North America, focusing on strategy, growth, and delivery excellence. The role integrates across HDR’s matrix, driving profitable growth, standardized delivery, and risk management in Construction Administration and Construction Management services.

Qualifications include a decade of managing construction planning, familiarity with Procore/Prolog/Primavera, plus CCM or related credentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Construction Science or closely related field.
• Must have strong people skills and the ability to interact with Owner, Engineer, Contractor and other project stakeholders.
• Experience with construction management software such as Procore, Prolog, Primavera, Bluebeam, etc.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the long-term vision and growth strategy for BES CFS, aligned with BES and corporate objectives.
• Drive expansion toward a scaled, Data Center focused market sector CFS business through targeted market positioning and strategic pursuits.
• Lead development of CFS pricing strategies, including overhead structures and markups, to support competitive positioning.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Construction Science or closely related field
