Job summary

HDR is seeking a Building Engineering Services (BES) leader to scale and operationalize North American CFS, delivering CA/CM services with technical excellence. You will align across matrixed teams, drive profitable growth and standardization, and push for digital delivery in a fast-paced data center environment.

The role demands 10+ years in construction planning/management, CCM or related credentials preferred, and a strong stakeholder-management capability within employee-owned HDR culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or closely related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction planning and management, including contracts, time/cost/quality, changes, safety.
• Experience with construction management software such as Procore, Prolog, Primavera, Bluebeam.
• Strong people skills and ability to interact with Owner, Engineer, Contractor and stakeholders.
• Employee-owned culture involvement is essential.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead long-term vision and growth strategy for BES CFS.
• Drive expansion toward a scaled Data Center focused CFS business.
• Partner with market sector and leadership to capture large programmatic opportunities.
• Operationalize and refine the BES CFS Strategic Plan with KPIs and metrics.
• Align leadership to deliver consistent execution across regions.
• Drive implementation of enterprise initiatives in BES priorities.
• Establish standardized processes and delivery frameworks across CFS.
• Promote continuous improvement and digital delivery across the program.
• Lead development of CFS pricing strategies and staffing models.
• Collaborate to optimize staffing and utilization.
