Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform basic to moderately complex estimating tasks and cost take-offs.
• Prepare Opinions of Probable Cost of Construction (OPCC) with Timberline.
• Coordinate with project managers and vendors for current pricing and bids.
• Develop schedules and cost analyses for projects; support QA/QC and safety programs.
