Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• 3 years of related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction and engineering documents and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic to moderately complex estimating tasks and quantity take-offs.
• Research historical data and prepare cost guidelines.
• Coordinate with project controls to update schedules.
• Prepare and review project documentation and submittals.
• Lead field teams and support QA/QC and safety.
