Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years in construction defect/property damage and litigation.
• Active adjuster license as required by state law.
• Experience with claims management systems and enterprise tech.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to analyze complex situations and make decisions independently.
• Strong customer service skills with ability to manage expectations.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for high-volume workload.
• Advanced conflict resolution and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage an active caseload of construction defect property damage claims and litigation.
• Investigate information to determine coverage, liability, and reserves.
• Provide timely, professional communication to customers and stakeholders.
• Develop and execute advanced resolution strategies with internal/external resources.
• Partner with Counsel on litigation management strategies.
• Manage multi-party negotiations for optimal resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records in claim systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve practices and adopt new tools.
