Job summary

Travelers is seeking a Senior Technical Specialist, Specialty Liability, to manage construction defect property damage claims from notice to resolution. You will determine coverage, evaluate liability, assess damages, and establish reserves within authority.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, four years of construction defect/property damage and litigation experience
• Active adjuster license where required by state law
• Experience with claims management systems and Microsoft Office/enterprise tech

Responsibilities

• Independently manage an active caseload of construction defect property damage claims and litigation
• Gather and investigate information to determine coverage and liability
• Develop and execute advanced resolution strategies and coordinate resources
• Maintain records in claim management systems and communicate with customers and stakeholders
