Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP is seeking an experienced Conflicts Analyst to support new business intake, conflicts analysis, and risk management. This role ensures data accuracy, conducts searches and due diligence, and prepares detailed reports for Conflicts Attorneys and Department Management.

The ideal candidate combines strong research and analytical skills with sound judgment, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years in corporate environment preferred
• Strong research and analytical abilities with attention to detail
• Experience with corporate, legal research or due diligence is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and client service orientation
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Experience with conflicts of interest processes and ethics/compliance is advantageous

Responsabilidades

• Review new business intake requests for accuracy and completeness
• Conduct conflicts searches and prepare reports for Conflicts Attorneys and Department Management
• Assist with resolving conflicts issues within established processes
• Review engagement letters and outside counsel guidelines to identify deviations
• Support drafting, distributing, and tracking conflict consent documentation
• Prepare screening memoranda and monitor screening for ethical walls
• Maintain conflicts database integrity through data reconciliation and cleanup
