Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP is seeking an experienced Conflicts Analyst to support new business intake, conflicts analysis, and risk management. The role ensures data accuracy, conducts conflicts searches, and prepares detailed reports for Conflicts Attorneys and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of corporate experience, preferably in a legal environment.
• Experience conducting corporate, legal, or related research.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and a commitment to quality client service.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment, initiative, and discretion with confidential information.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Review new business intake requests for accuracy and completeness, including corporate research on clients and related parties.
• Perform conflicts searches, analyze results, and prepare reports for Conflicts Attorneys and Department Management.
• Assist with resolving conflicts issues involving established processes, including patent prosecution, portfolio work, docketing, vendors, reopening requests, and change forms.
• Review engagement letters and outside counsel guidelines to identify deviations and recommend revisions.
• Assist with firm audit letters and coordinating conflict consent documentation.
• Support ethical wall processes by preparing screening memoranda and setting up screens in Intapp Walls.
