Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP is seeking a Senior Conflicts Analyst to support new business intake, conflicts analysis, and risk management. You will review requests, conduct corporate research on clients and related parties, and prepare detailed reports for conflicts attorneys and department leadership.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of corporate experience in a legal environment, strong analytical skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of corporate experience, preferably in a legal environment.
• Experience conducting corporate, legal, or related research.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Review new business intake requests for accuracy and completeness and conduct corporate research on clients and related parties.
• Perform conflicts searches, analyze results, and prepare reports for conflicts attorneys and department management.
• Assist with resolving conflicts issues and review engagement letters and outside counsel guidelines for deviations.
• Maintain conflicts database integrity through data reconciliation, cleanup, testing, and process improvements.
