Latham & Watkins is seeking a Senior Analyst – Conflicts Reporting to prepare and analyze conflicts reports using Intapp Open for incoming attorneys and new client business. The role supports attorneys, staff, and analysts and is based in multiple U.S.

cities with a potential hybrid schedule. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least three years in a legal or professional services environment, with strong data accuracy and communication skills.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a legal or professional services environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex matters and run reports for new business and laterals.
• Support training and mentoring of junior staff.
• Communicate conflicts check results and validate requirements with attorneys.
• Update data in the conflicts database and perform corporate research to verify information.
• Coordinate with the Ethics Committee, Client Intake Committee, and Deputy General Counsel on conflicts needs.
• Protect highly sensitive, confidential, and proprietary information.
