Job summary

Latham & Watkins is seeking an Office of the General Counsel Senior Analyst – Conflicts Reporting to analyze and prepare conflicts reports for incoming attorneys and new client matters. The role uses Intapp Open and supports the Ethics and Client Intake processes with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

The position is hybrid, located in Washington D.C. with eligibility for flexible scheduling and in-office presence as needed, reporting to the OGC team and collaborating with attorneys and staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a legal or professional services environment.
• Experience with conflicts checks and data management preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and prepare conflicts reports for incoming attorneys and new client matters.
• Run reports for new business, laterals, and Ethics/Client Intake committees.
• Mentor junior staff and train teammates.
• Update conflicts database and perform corporate research.
