Latham & Watkins, a leading global law firm, seeks a Senior Analyst – Conflicts Reporting for its Office of the General Counsel. The role analyzes conflicts for incoming attorneys and new client matters using Intapp Open, preparing reports for attorneys and staff.

The position is located in Boston, Chicago, or New York with a potential hybrid schedule. The candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and at least three years in a legal or professional services environment, and will mentor junior

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in legal or professional services.

Responsibilities

• Analyze conflicts for incoming attorneys and new client matters.
• Run reports using the conflicts database to support the Ethics and Client Intake committees.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate with Attorney Support teams on conflicts checks.
• Update data in the conflicts database and verify information from Intapp requests.
• Coordinate with attorneys to understand requirements for various conflict scenarios.
