Job summary

Latham & Watkins is seeking an OGC Analyst – Conflicts Reporting to prepare and analyze conflicts checks for incoming attorneys and new client matters. The role supports the Office of the General Counsel with data integrity and research across advisory, NDA, and transactional checks, with a hybrid schedule across offices.

Based in one of several U.S. offices, you will communicate findings, update records, conduct corporate research, and help ensure compliance while protecting confidential

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 4+ years of relevant experience may substitute
• At least 2 years in a law firm or professional services setting
• Two years of experience with Intapp Open software or similar tools
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Communicate conflict check results and request missing information from requesters
• Update conflicts databases and conduct corporate research to verify details
• Obtain guidance from attorneys to evaluate conflicts accurately
• Research corporate entities using various databases and online sources
• Analyze responses and address potential or actual conflicts
• Protect confidential and privileged information handled by the firm
