Job summary

Syms Strategic Group (SSG) seeks a Senior Configuration Analyst to support VA applications and migrate workflows to the cloud. The role focuses on software configuration management, build/release engineering, and tooling development across multiple environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field and 10+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Support VA applications and spearhead the migration to the cloud.
Develop and maintain software configuration management (CM) tools for CM practices and delivery of software products.
Perform CM and release engineering tasks to document and ensure repeatable builds and deployments across environments.
Design, develop, automate, and maintain productivity tools using scripting languages to improve software modeling and development.
Lead and train junior analysts/engineers in CM best practices and provide technical guidance.
