The position emphasizes building scalable CM tooling, guiding developers, and ensuring repeatable, compliant builds and deployments in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. U.S. citizenship required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex builds and releases across multiple environments.
• Experience in large regulated or federal environments.
• Deep CM and release engineering expertise.
• Broad knowledge of development, QA, systems engineering, and DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Support VA applications and migrate to the cloud.
• Develop and maintain CM tools for identification, control, and delivery of software and COTS products.
• Perform CM and release tasks to document and ensure compliant builds.
• Design and automate productivity tools to improve modeling and development.
• Create build procedures to support product development and deployment.
• Develop CM standards for company-wide use.
• Train developers in CM tools and quality practices.
• Provide technical guidance on complex problems.
• Operate autonomously and meet deadlines across projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor junior analysts/engineers.
