Qualifications

• CM and release management expertise across multiple environments.
• Experience in regulated or federal environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of software development, QA, and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with CM tools, baselining, change control, and status accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead software builds and releases across environments.
• Develop and maintain CM tooling for identification, control, reporting, and delivery of software and COTS.
• Perform CM and release engineering tasks ensuring documentation and compliance with hardware configurations.
• Design, develop, automate, and maintain productivity tools for modeling and development.
• Create build procedures to support product development and use.
• Define software configuration standards for company-wide use.
• Train developers in CM tools and quality practices.
• Provide technical guidance for complex problems.
• Operate autonomously and meet project deadlines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor junior staff.
