Qualifications

• 10+ years in software configuration management or release engineering in large environments.
• Experience in regulated or federal settings is highly valued.
• Proficiency with CM practices: identification, baselining, change control, status accounting.
• Expertise across development, QA, systems engineering, and DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement CM and release processes across multiple environments.
• Develop and maintain CM tools for identification, control, reporting, and delivery of software and COTS products.
• Design and automate build and deployment procedures to ensure reproducibility and compliance.
• Train developers on CM tools and quality practices and provide technical guidance.
