Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Compounding Pharmacist to oversee the compounding laboratory, supervise staff, and ensure quality and patient safety in all compounded medications.

You will train personnel, maintain records, and ensure adherence to USP standards and state/federal regulations. This role reports to the Head Compounding Pharmacist and offers day shift hours, with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Doctorate in Pharmacy.
• Active Pharmacist License in Arizona.
• Strong math skills.
• Proficiency in English, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise all compounding personnel and technicians.
• Document compounding procedures, QA/QC checks, and dispensing.
• Verify records, beyond use dates, and finished products.
• Coordinate calibration, maintenance and use of compounding equipment.
• Ensure safety and compliance with USP <795>, <800>, and internal guidelines.
