Qualifications

• 2+ years of pharmacist experience.
• Active Ohio pharmacist license required.
• Knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document compounding procedures and quality checks.
• Train and evaluate compounding personnel.
• Coordinate with PIC for compliance and regulatory matters.
• Ensure safety and GMP/USP guidelines are followed.
