Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Compounding Pharmacist to supervise all compounding activities, ensure quality and patient safety, and support compliance with USP and state regulations. You will report to the Head Compounding Pharmacist and the Pharmacist-In-Charge.

The role requires managing technicians, maintaining equipment, and enforcing safety standards in a fast-paced lab environment in Arizona.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Doctorate in Pharmacy required.
• Active Arizona Pharmacist License required.
• Knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise compounding personnel including pharmacy technicians and support staff.
• Perform and document compounding procedures, QA checks, and dispensing of compounded preparations.
• Verify formula records, compounding records, beyond-use dates, and finished products.
• Assist in training and evaluating compounding personnel.
• Coordinate calibration, maintenance, and use of equipment for compounding orders.
