Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Compounding Pharmacist to supervise the compounding laboratory, ensure accuracy, and maintain compliance with USP standards. You will lead technicians, document procedures, and support training while partnering with the Pharmacist-in-Charge to uphold patient safety and quality.

The role requires AZ licensure, 2+ years of experience, and ability to manage hazardous drugs under USP <800>. The shift is 6:30am–5:00pm with opportunities for additional assignments.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in Arizona and Doctorate in Pharmacy.
• Experience with non-sterile compounding and hazardous drugs.
• Knowledge of USP <795>/<800> and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise all compounding personnel and support staff.
• Perform and document compounding procedures, QC checks, and dispensing.
• Verify records, beyond-use dates, and finished products.
• Train and evaluate compounding personnel.
• Coordinate equipment calibration, maintenance, and lab safety.
• Follow USP, state/federal regulations and PPE requirements.
• Ensure clean, compliant lab environment and infection control.
• Conduct patient counseling and drug utilization reviews as needed.
• Collaborate with PIC on compliance and regulatory matters.
