Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Compounding Pharmacist to supervise the compounding laboratory, oversee technicians, ensure accurate preparation, and maintain compliance with USP, BOP, and state/federal regs. The role reports to the Head Compounding Pharmacist and PIC, with a 5:30pm–4:00am shift and a $9/hour differential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Doctorate in Pharmacy.
• Active Pharmacist License in Arizona.
• 2+ years of pharmacist experience.
• Strong math skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise compounding personnel (pharmacy technicians and support staff).
• Perform and document compounding procedures and QC checks.
• Verify records, dates, and finished products.
• Train and evaluate compounding personnel.
