Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Compounding Lab Manager to lead daily operations of our pharmacy compounding suites and scale up capabilities while ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities

• Direct personnel management of compounding technicians.
• Train new technicians on equipment and processes.
• Oversee daily operation of compounding suites in the pharmacy.
