Job summary

Hims & Hers is hiring a Compounding Lab Manager to oversee daily operations in our pharmacy’s compounding labs. You will drive scale-up of compounding capabilities and act as a stakeholder in developing new compounded treatments, prioritizing patient safety and quality in every step.

Reporting to the Head Compounding Pharmacist, you will manage technicians, train staff, and ensure SOPs are followed with support from SMEs and PIC.

Qualifications

• Experience leading compounding technicians and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with USP 795/800 and compounding SOPs.
• Proven ability to train staff on equipment, processes, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Direct Personnel Manager of compounding technicians, including PTO requests and reviews.
• Train new technicians on equipment and processes used in compounding suites.
• Ensure daily operations comply with federal/state regulations and SOPs.
• Collaborate with Quality Operations and PIC to maintain compound quality and staff safety.
• Organize and maintain compounding documentation, calibrations, and hood certifications.
