Job summary

Hims, Inc. is seeking a Compounding Pharmacist in Mesa, AZ to lead the compounding laboratory and supervise technicians. You will perform compounding procedures, ensure quality and safety, and maintain compliance with USP <795>, <800>, and FDA regulations.

The role requires coordination with the Pharmacist-in-Charge, training of staff, and adherence to safety protocols while supporting patient care and medication accuracy. Shift is Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist licensed in AZ and trained in pharmacy regulations.
• Strong academic background in pharmacy with a Doctorate or PharmD.
• Experience supervising technicians and compounding staff.
• Capable of QA/QC checks and documentation of compounding procedures.
• Proficient with pharmacy software and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise compounding personnel including technicians.
• Document and perform compounding procedures with QA/QC checks.
• Verify records, dates, and finished compounded products.
• Train and evaluate compounding staff.
• Coordinate equipment calibration and maintenance for compounding.
