Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Business Compliance to support and monitor operations for regulatory adherence. You will audit processes, review data, investigate concerns, and recommend improvements while maintaining SOPs, reporting, and training.

You will manage tickets, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and contribute to special projects with leadership updates. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• 1 year of experience communicating with internal/external associates and leaders.
• Minimum 1 year experience with root cause analysis and data-driven problem solving.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a call monitoring environment.
• Ability to rapidly adjust priorities to meet changing business requirements.
• Understanding IT architecture of phone switches and call recording solutions (VoIP/TDM).

Responsibilities

• Support and monitor business operations to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct audits and review operational data and documentation.
• Investigate compliance concerns and recommend improvements.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, reporting, training, and corrective actions.
• Manage tickets within SLAs and maintain accurate updates.
