CVS Health is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Business Compliance to support and monitor operations for regulatory adherence and risk mitigation. You will partner with operations, leadership, and compliance to identify gaps, drive adherence, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

You will conduct audits, review data, and help develop SOPs, reporting, and training while keeping sensitive information confidential and aligned with internal controls and external requirements.

Formación

• 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• 1 year experience communicating with internal/external associates and leaders.
• 1 year experience with root cause analysis and data-driven problem solving.
• 2 years experience within a call monitoring environment.
• Ability to rapidly adjust priorities to meet changing requirements.
• Knowledge of IT architecture for VoIP/call centers and related tools (Nice, Five9, Verint).

Responsabilidades

• Audit and monitor operational data to ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Investigate compliance concerns and provide recommendations to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, reporting, training, and corrective action plans.
• Analyze trends, prepare leadership reports, and drive process improvements.
• Manage tickets through SLA/TAT, documenting updates and resolutions.
• Lead cross-functional projects and collaborate with stakeholders.
